Application to vary a premises licence (under Section 34 of the Act)

Briefly describe the proposed variation from the existing licence or certificate: To extend the hours permitted for licensable activities to 04:30 daily with the hours open to the public reflecting these times. Also to update the plans to reflect the current layout of the premises.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person must be made by filling out the form below by 15 October 2026.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Harlow District Council, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1WG between 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday except public holidays. Details can also be found on the council's website.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of an unlimited amount.
